It is objectively a cosmetic thing even if it is caused by a medical condition, like there’s no health reason to remove facial hair (fuck insurance companies tho)

I think you can have your doctor appeal and tell them it’s medically necessary, that doesn’t guarantee they’ll pay for it but it can’t hurt
