I can’t lie at first I heard the slogan of like “Sydney Sweeney has good jeans” and I really just understood it to be because she’s a sexualized popular figure but then like thinking about it and realizing she’s blonde with blue eyes and the political climate we live in it was very much so like “oh my”

Also, it felt like they were trying to sell women’s jeans to men. It’s so obvious the ad is for the male gaze even tho the product they’re trying to sell is for women
