@women, do you believe you could rely on your friends in a major financial crisis? eg. job loss, loss of housing, car totaled
(will be reposting in Ask Women, and posting a version for men in Ask Women)
Considering I don’t want anyone of my friends to rely on me in a major financial crisis, I do not expect the same in return - so strong no
Maybe that makes me a bad friend but I should not be someone you resort to & rely on

No because everyone else is actually broker than me😭

they’d emotionally support me and would let me temporarily stay with them, but none of them could afford to completely financially support me (and i don’t expect them to)

the only reason i’m not saying strong yes is bc since graduation we’ve all moved hours away from each other :( but if they were in the area/distance wasn’t an issue yes definitely i could rely on them

No. I have been in many as I lived in an abusive household and never have I felt safe going to any of them, and I have been openly turned away and lost friendships because of it.

People are innately selfish and it’s very rare for someone to truly want to help someone without expecting anything or getting frustrated.
