
honestly the best thing for me when i get like this is a mental health night. i take an everything shower, then spend some time writing (in a journal) down some short and long term realistic goals. then spend some time researching how to do it, and taking it slow (like going for a walk everyday instead of trying to run a a marathon). most importantly, remembering to forgive urself for slip ups & that u can restart at any point! u got this ❤️
