If you’re deadass, look into PMDD. It’s diagnosable and treatable. Don’t put yourself through something you can treat.

yeah im on birth control which usually helps a lot! ive been busy and missed a few days this last week and now it’s catching up to me unfortunately 😭😭 i forgot how bad it was lol
