This is why I go on my late night runs. My moms neighborhood is really nice so when I’m visiting I just go on runs cuz I have so much energy (adhd) so like the night before I went on a 3 mile run and still couldn’t go to sleep for another 2 hours. Working out is awesome after you start the routine. The start of it? Makes you wanna give up but trust me it’s so worth it
Literally, like I am so glad i threw myself in there! Even realized my headphones were dead once I got there and just kept going. It was honestly nice to shut up and just move my body. I will be working my way up to mile runs though cause I always think about going running with my long distance runner friends so motivationnnnn!!!
