they should have an option to say if you accept your acceptance or not. i would do that so they can figure out their waitlist and stuff but as far as sending an email i dont think you need to do all that

Yeah there should be a portal where you essentially accept or reject your offer unless it specifically tells you to email the registrar or admissions
