how do you guys stay skinny, like i refuse to believe im going to be 150 forever so plz give me advice

2 full sized meals a day is all you need. Humans don’t actually need breakfast, I’ll just have a banana or coffee to give me enough energy for the morning

It all just depends so much on your height. Like this stuff always throws me off and makes me be like wait am i fat bc I’m like 6ft
