I use noteshelf 3. I love love love it and you pay a one time fee and it unlocks everything. I 11/10 recommend

i just use the notes app tbh. i liked goodnotes for a while but i just ended up using the notes app

I love the goodnotes interface and swear by that app but there’s alternate options that don’t cost money
