I might have some news on his identity. I used Google lens and it pulls up a German hip hop artist named Reezy. It’s not an exact match but I’ve suspected the image has been altered somewhat which would explain why it’s so hard to identify.

I'll keep looking cus it's been a couple months since I found it. I could have sworn I saved the links but it may be on my computer instead. It didn't link to his identity unfortunately since it was an anon website, he would just post his face to brag LMAO. If it helps I used a just used some random face-searching website rather than plain google and it linked to his account pretty easily.
