Carrie (the og book and its multiple adaptations) are not exempt for criticisms, but I do roll my eyes when women go “it’s unrealistic, the girls at school would NEVER be mean to Carrie” like, plz be so serious

Fr her mom (and dad in the book) definitely had the crazy label around town so that alone would’ve gotten her bullied.
