anyone know what’s going on with me? i don’t have uti bc it’s not the same symptoms i think, but it burns constantly and i have to pee but can’t and also my pee is orange. and my stomach hurts like a mf too because of this. please send help

Utis are the worst the only thing that helps me is drinking a lot of water

apparently i had a uti AND the fucking flu so it’s like 20x worse
