Am I the only 22 year old girl who still has two more years left of college? I kept switching my major but now after my junior year I am wanting to transfer closer to home I just hated being out of state in Mississippi. Texas is a better state

Texas is full of homophobic conservative extremists that can’t handle seeing someone different than them. Not a better state imo

Um it depends on the location of Texas. Anywhere close to Austin isn’t too conservative. Talk about cut throat conservative and it’d equally both Mississippi and Alabama. Texas is a larger mix of different people like we have urban cities and all kinds of stuff

Plus I’m not choosing my location just over political reasons like you don’t have to be overly opinionated. And if you are not from Texas then you don’t know much about Texas because I’ve lived here my whole life. There’s the conservative locations of Texas and the liberal parts of Texas and I’ll tell you the capital of Texas is 80% liberal especially in the city.

No I’m just saying it’s not as bad as you think it is. Now if it’s Dallas or Midland then yes it can be bad I don’t recommend it there but Austin is a very free diverse city that is big on Pride month and everything
