could be not eating enough/eating without getting vitamins. also stress, will really do it to you

This just happened to me too, i think it was cause i just moved into my dorm so my body and hormones were kinda off. Have any big changes happened lately?

Yeah stress could fs do that. Ikk i hate that cause you dont wanna wear a pad or anything 24/7 but you dont wanna randomly bleed through 😭
