My main disappointment was her wasting the whole “Showgirl” theme and visuals on what is just super back pop songs. Like I get the album was supposed to be the life behind the scenes (we didn’t even get that) but I was hoping we’d get some theatrical/cabaret inspired sounds.

no literally like the showgirl theme is lost entirely! and same!! I was for sure thinking we'd get a cabaret song and was so pumped. I don't hate it, but almost upset with myself for having these expectations lol

Obviously she didn’t rush it, but I still wish she took more time with this, (and her team were people who didn’t say yes to everything) It just feels like this album was released for the sake of being released. Not because she wanted to deliver an entire project.
