I deal with this. What I've noticed what flares it up is sometimes like there will be shampoo like in the crevices that I don't realize when I'm in the shower so now it's part of my shower routine to make sure I get all of that out. I also put lotion around there a couple of times a day whenever I put lotion everywhere also my body.

I used to have it on my arms and I used a little bleach and water mixed together, i'm not sure the exact ratio but it really helped mine clear up

hmm maybe thats it. i have eczema elsewhere so i was just trying to keep it clean and using the same cream but idfk atp. its just annoying af and unfortunately im too broke to see a dermatologist so. ill make sure im rinsing out my ears when i wash my hair and then fully dry them out and hope that helps🫩 thanks for the tip, i never considered that!

no same, i still have it actually and use triamcinalone, bleach baths didn’t work. but w ears theres so much going on there that its harder ya know. lots of folds, natural buildup of wax etc. so. hands arms legs neck, i got that handled. but ears… eek😬
