This shit has never made sense to me. It’s like how I didn’t have health insurance until I was 19 because growing up my parents made too much to get Medicaid but not enough to pay the insane insurance prices. Also I couldn’t go to the public kindergarten for the same reason and had to go to a private kindergarten that my parents had to struggle to pay the tuition for.
