Only thing that worked for me is birth control, but I know birth control isn’t for everyone.

Got off continuous bc after being on it for 6 years bc the difference was so minimal and not worth it. Routine is the most helpful thing I’ve found, and making sure regular exercise is included in that routine, but I still struggle too.

Might be worth switching pills or methods. Each progestin, estrogen dosage, and even delivery method can change how your body responds. I do terribly with levonorgestrel but great with the hormones in Nuvaring.
