Tampons. Witch hazel on the outside and my ass crack for the moisture problem and a little bit of whole body deodorant on my crack and bikini line that connects with my legs. Hella Gatorade and I take ibuprofen on the clock. Feels like any other day except I have to pull a tampon out of my cooch every couple of hours but it’s not bad.
