guys genuine question i’m not sure what to do :( ive missed my period and its been almost 2 months now but all the pregnancy tests (4 taken) show up as negative. i dont have a pcp so idk what to do im like.. scared

omg update for you idk if you’re still curious😭: not pregnant according to yet another urine test 😭 apparently (which I didnt even know) I have elevated blood pressure/hypertension. the doctor I met with ordered for 3 blood tests to be run for sti/hiv testing, blood test for pregnancy, and for (something??) with my kidneys and said there might even be a chance I have PCOS so they’ll follow up with results by next week

Did you ever take anything to prevent pregnancy? Like a plan B? I know they can cause hormonal shifts for a short time. But also stress could be a major factor. Honestly, I’d see if I could get a hospital test done if I were you and super worried.

excuse my language (given its girl talk lol) but i never took plan b, unfortunately we didnt use protection he just pulled out fairly early. ive tested so many times but its not been a positive test so im not so sure what to do or where to go😭like should i go to urgent care?? or a planned parenthood oml

Okay, so I haven’t been in this situation before, but I checked online. It says that you could get a blood test done at an Urgent Care which would be more reliable than the at home test

But I feel like if you’ve take FOUR tests and they all turned up negative, you’ll be fine. That would be crazy to get four duds☠️

😭😭 ikr like 4 tests is crazy isnt it??? im wondering if i have pcos because i have very irregular cycles but ive never been late by 2 months, i might get a take home blood test to check before going to urgent care or even try at the minuteclinic nearby but idk its making me so nervoussssss

Hey don’t sweat until you know for sure. No use in getting worked up for what might not even be happening (easier said than done, ik.) But hopefully you get this sorted out and come back with a good update, girl!

🥹 thank you for being so reassuring this is so appreciated, i remembered my uni has an oncampus clinic (duh, idk why i didn’t remember lol) so i’m heading there this Thursday so hopefully I have some answers for you then! (and good ones i hope :,)

Okay well at least you’re not pregnant, BUT this has led to a potential medical issue discovery, so maybe this was a case of divine intervention. Hope the future looks good for you girl and good luck🙏
