Shapewear isn’t usually actually about changing your body, I wasn’t saying that’s not what she looks like! Generally it’s for helping to smooth surfaces in a way that the fabric of your dress won’t cling or get caught like it would on skin, smooth things out to make it easier for the dress to sit correctly, and prevent chafing.

#6 is right, unfortunately I don’t have a secret. I just exist this way with the worst diet and very little exercise 😅 which is why I haven’t had the motivation to hit the gym or do anything else for my body
