I have it too; there’s a comorbidity with a lot of other mental illnesses/disorders/disabilities

I have cyclothymia (kinda like bipolar type 2) and I swear getting diagnosed was the best thing that happened to me bc it was BADDDD. I’m as close to normal as possible now, daily 300mg later

No I know. But she won’t even entertain the idea that I need to at least be looked at. I’ve done so much research and I really feel like there’s SOMETHING still not right with me. Idk I don’t really like this psychiatrist anyways

I also think type 2/B stuff is very stigmatized so people are super hella hesitant to diagnose us

For me, my biggest thing is the rapid mood swings and how strongly I feel emotion. Like it’s nooooot normal
