For me I feel more stable and secure when I make an effort to have a consistent plan, going to bed at the same time/waking up at the same time. And dedicating a day like Sunday to prepare for the next week whether it’s by journaling out the good and bad of the previous week or meal prepping my breakfasts for the weekdays

i have to work on that, and get a calendar. I have insomnia so hopefully i can fix my sleeping patterns. i love the journaling idea that’s great.

that’s something i gotta work on and hence therapy and a psychiatrist because i got bad ADHD / add but my last psych diagnosed me as bipolar and im ngl, i don’t really agree with that because i have no symptoms, only had rapid cycling when i was with my bf. thats why i think i may have BPD because i do feel a lot happier single and just relate more to the BPD diagnosis which is something i need to talk to them about. what sucks is i was black listed for stimulants because of bipolar

Sticking to a consistent sleep schedule is hard sometimes!! Some nights I have to take a melatonin to sleep on time but genuinely I feel SO much better and so much more productive when I stay on my sleep schedule.
