I feel so embarrassing and disgusting, idk if it’s cause I just got off my period or what but everything has set me off to the point of sobbing my eyes out, I feel like I’m embarrassing to be seen with and I hate myself sm right now

It’s probably just the hormones shifting. I’m in the same boat. You’re not embarrassing to be seen with. Just need a nice long shower, a comfort movie, and dressing up in your favorite shirt. Idk why but it’s does wonders for me when i feel like that
