No literally this. I got a job and then immediately fired because they found someone else that “better fits their requirements” you mean to tell me I paid for all of these licenses and everything to not even be allowed to fill start but sign all of my paperwork to work for your company?!

It shouldn’t be, but if she’s in an at-will employment state she can be fired at any time for almost any reason including any “supposed/apparent insufficiency”

I ma unfortunately in a at-will employment state. I had just finished getting my insurance license and sent them the information a few days before I was supposed to start

nah girl don’t worry i kid you not to find my first job i applied to probably upward of 100 jobs and had like 5 maybe 6 interviews

It took me literally forever and a day to find something. This market is absolutely cooked right now, I promise its not just you. Only thing I can recommend is if you find something on a site like Indeed, go to the company website and apply there. Its annoying, but oftentimes there will be more details about the job there for tailoring your resume a bit more and its more likely to be processed in a timely manner
