Me personally I practice Jewish folk magic bc I myself am Jewish. I would suggest looking into folk magic practices that correlate with your heritage, like Celtic folk magic for example. Which requires a LOT of reading and research lol. But it’s always so cool! I’m Irish and Sicilian on my dad’s side and Jewish on my mom’s. Irish and Sicilian folk magic is incredible! Pretty much every ethnic group out there had its own folk magic practices and it’s so awesome to learn about them

I would stay away from Wicca though bc it appropriates some closed practices
