Actually it could have stemmed from the “hot blonde” stereotype which originated from (or at least was first really popular) Rome 💀 very snowball effect that supposedly lead to the 18th-19th century dumb blonde stereotype that still continues to today making blonde women seem like great dating material but not marriage material.
