Sexual assault not equal rape, there is no room for anyone to ever assume anything with allegations and accusations this serious. I mean this person needs to be brought to light if they did harm someone, but in the off chance they didn’t (not discrediting anyone) calling them a rapist is life ending so we need to be careful to not accidentally (metaphorically) end anyone’s lives in the off chance it’s not true. We all deserve to be innocent until proven guilty in a civil manner

Sexual assault is another term for rape bro. It’s hard to “prove” rape cases unless a rape kit is done, which is an invasive to the victim who already underwent significant trauma, so that’s why when someone says a guy sexually assaulted a girl, you should steer clear. Better no drink than a poisoned one.
