Possible TW: I gained 5 lbs since my last doctors visit for weight loss a month ago. I'd been doing so good, down 40+ lbs since August and it's the first time I've gained since I started my weight loss. I'm so upset and hating myself for it

Don’t beat yourself up about it girl! It is natural and normal for there to be fluctuations and to go up and down. Be proud of how far you’ve come!

I moved home and have been traveling a lot so we've eaten fast food more recently, and I've been more depressed in general :/

I’m sorry to hear about the depression! But if you’ve been traveling more and eating fast food more than usual while traveling, once you stop traveling and get back to home cooked meals your weight should go back to where it was! The same thing happened to me

if eating fast food is starting to be more common with the traveling, you could always make changes to your order that are bigger than you think. like swapping out a large fry for a medium, diet soda, etc
