You simply ask “hey are you seeing other ppl? To move forward I would wanna know” especially if you don’t want them to continue seeing other ppl say “I feel like we are progressing our connection and to keep moving forward I would want us to be exclusive and that’s the only way I’m comfortable moving forward” like it’s not an ultimatum but you tell him your uncomfortable because of the stage your about to enter with them
