Like I’m literally forcing people to take a survey, and they yell at me being like we’re on the national do not call list. Or they wanna be like why is ur phone blocked. Um idk I’m a university student, I was hired to call u, obviously I’m not giving u my number so it’s gonna be blocked, I call through an app the university told me to call through. Calling u is not my fault, Its the universities

Idk if you’d be allowed to do this or if your calls are monitored but see if you can give out a complaint line or something when people get mad. Sometimes it helps to redirect their anger cuz they know it’s not you personally

My calls are monitored. But like okay I ask personal questions for the surveys, it’s literally the quality of life. And I ask questions like their zip code, sexual orientation, how much money they make. Like the university I work for should be embarrassed abt asking this even if it is for another company. There are better ways to do this.
