The last time I had one was the first time ever (I’m now 23) that the brush made me kinda cramp for a bit after but I suggest taking ibuprofen right before your appt and hopefully it won’t bother you much. The actual brushing itself doesn’t hurt but it just made my muscles act up idk

i had a checkup today and since i turned 21 in my my doctor recommended it. 21 is when you’re “supposed” to start. it’s better to be safe than sorry🤷‍♀️
