will putting a gel clear coat on my nails after a gel x soak off help them not be as weak?

okayy i’m doing a soak off tmr and my nails are at a good length i don’t want them to be weak and break after i soak them off

they shouldn’t be weak or break the only time that happens is if you get acrylic or if the nail tech doesn’t know how to do gel x properly

but if you do clear coat maybe do a gel that cures with light
