I feel this. Everyday is like an up and down and I feel like I am good and fine and then the next minute I’m unable to breath and dying and I’m about 2 months post break up

In my experience it could be anywhere from 9 minutes to Forever

It takes time but it usually depends on how long you dated and how close you were. Like if you lived together, were actually in love, dated for a long time, etc it’s gonna take a while but if it was something short it will only be a few months
