Personally, hair is massively overstimulating on my lower legs, so I’ll shave or wax or something because I hate it. But like armpits? Yeah I only shave those for social standards

Right! Like we can't even exist naturally (not shaving, no makeup) without it being seen as some sort of feminist or political statement. And men can be as unkempt and hairy as they want with no pushback. If femininity is something that *has* to be meticulously maintained in order to be socially acceptable, then the concept of gender itself is a social construct. Something that is projected and imposed onto us

No fr. If you like the way it feels go ahead but I refuse to be told I’m gross because I don’t shave my legs. I don’t like doing it and I don’t like the way it feels shaved. I’ll occasionally shave my cooch cause the hair gets so long it gets uncomfortable but even that is rare for me. It’s all natural I hate that it’s seen as the standard to be hygienic

I occasionally shave my legs for sensory reasons but not for anyone else. I don’t see any good reasons so many want a gal to be hairless and small— just creepy ones.🤢

Furthermore, the performance if “femininity” is othered BECAUSE it is not a natural state. It is not a default for anyone to have no acne, no body hair, and perfectly accentuated features.
