Hard to build that routine straight off the bat, but starting out 2 times a week is still a lot and it is a great way to start to build consistency because it’s not as overwhelming

Also another thing to keep in mind is lifting heavy weights (relative to your strength obviously) is a great way to work on losing weight. I promise you have to actively try and put in a bunch of effort to get bulky
