even a budget wig can be made to look nicer. my biggest advice would be to look up tutorials on how to make them look natural (plucking the part and hairline, ways to make synthetic less shiny etc) also, if possible, going somewhere where you can try them on is ideal if not, spend time browsing wherever is in your budget and read the reviews! (i know this isn’t a direct answer to your question but i hope it’s useful)
