When an old guy at the gym tells me I’m never going to loose weight doing all that stretching (I try and do 20-30 min) but he’s as stiff as a bored and needs help picking up something from the ground
weight isn’t nothing if you can’t move your body and have mobility! when you’re old and can get around good you’ll thank yourself trust me

Yes I’m starting to realize that so much more! I’m 23 and realized I’m SOOO stiff already and it’s not good. I just started going in this may doing light cardio light weights and stretching and this is the first time since probably middle school I’ve been able to touch my toes!
