Yeah I’m just so hurt by it like I would NEVER give them only 2 weeks to find childcare. I get that the daycare doesn’t wait but the other half of me is so frustrated and just can’t believe this. She said she was going to give MONTHS notice

I wish. They’re still having me one day a week till I find a job but obviously that doesn’t help me like as all. And she works from home one day she could at least offer that day for me too till I find something. Like ??
