‘Hey (receptionist name) I’d like to schedule an appointment! I’m looking to get my skin on track and understand it better. Recently I have had some type of rash on my face that takes months to heal. I’d really appreciate it if you can get me in! Do you have availability on any of these days … Or Id like your next available appointment please.

the derm exists to help u with all tht in ur appointment. u could call and say ur making a new patient appointment if u wanted and then just explain it all to the derm at ur appt or give a short explanation if they ask for one when u set up the appt

Yeah they will usually ask. They say it’s so the nurses and doctors are blindsided, but they usually ask again when you’re in the office
