I’m most confident when I actually put myself first. I have a tendency to put everyone and anything before me, which often makes me neglect myself. When I prioritize myself, spend more time with myself, I find it to make me happier or feel better about myself. Spend time doing the things you like. I tend to get everything in order in my life. Clean apartment, clean car, clean laundry, all the general basics. When you start your morning or your day clean it leaves more room for you to focus more
On yourself and the things you WANT to do, not NEED to do, yk? Good time management, good priorities, and an overall “cleaner” lifestyle make me feel much better about myself. Odd personal confidence booster is when I read. Normally I don’t have any time to read, but I love reading & when I finally get time to it boosts my overall mood and energy making me a happier person overall🤣 find your “odd” thing that makes you happy😊
