WARNING to ladies interested in starting their fitness journey: If you're starting off skinny-fat (skinny with little to no muscle), the number on the scale WILL go up. If you're strength-training/lifting/using weights/putting on muscle, it WILL go up.

If you're building a butt? The number WILL go up. Don't panic! That means you're making progress!! You may notice your physique improving greatly, but a scary ass number on the scale. That's normal! Muscle actually has weight, which your body lacked 👍

Again, this applies to the 'tiny' gals with noooo muscle on them. It may be confusing, feeling and looking like you're losing weight but seeing a stagnant or increased number on the scale. Tis the ides of gains!! Good luck ladies :)
