No I’d say something. They want you to respect their pronouns so they should respect yours regardless of if you’re cis or not

They/them is great if you don’t know someone’s pronouns but they know yours, so they’re actively misgendering you. Your local bisexual afab nb is signing off on you telling them to stop and, if they don’t, telling them to go fuck themselves.
