I will say, I stopped getting yeast infections after I switched to using a menstrual disk. Pads and tampons gave it to me so bad.

😔but on the bright side i was able to get the yeast infection pill (dk what its called) prescribed by my dentist bc they prescribed me the antibiotics sooo i didnt have to go to a dr to get treated

Imma be so honest, my go-to with a yeast infection is the 5-day pack of monostat

yeah i just have never used monostat so i was kinda iffy about buying it. ive done the one time pill twice before and it's worked great! they also gave me 6 of them for some reason and they dont expire until 9/2027 soo im set now
