Idgaf about “real friends” igaf about how most women are assaulted by someone they know and trust. now’s not the time or place for a speech about true friendship. the male friends you trust are the ones most likely to hurt you. no one wants a sit down about deducing who your real friends are. it’s beside the point & illy timed.

Yes, and I’m not saying male friends can’t be good friends. I’m saying my post about women being most likely to be assaulted by their friends is not an appropriate place for you to raise a platitude about “well they were never your real friends anyway.” For all practical purposes, these women trusted these men as their FRIENDS. and they were attacked. your comments are unasked for.

i think a lot of women think they do have good friends and are betrayed by the people they trusted most every day & this comment is dismissive.
