i’m in a kitchen and have been offered the opportunity to move up in the company but i’m kinda scared like my manager showed me her schedule of required things she has to do per day and she does not have a single day of rest ever like i don’t want that 😭 i really like being in the kitchen i don’t wanna manage it

it feels weird cuz that like smartness is still there but it’s not very book smart? but like common sense and understanding of how the world around me works is still very strong and it feels like not many people have that. so gifted dropout core
