A guy like that did like me but he didn’t really like me (he had repeated behavior of any girl who talks to him he thinks likes him and equated niceness = flirting) and it was just reminding me of that lol (He also did other stuff)

I wouldn’t say that he was nice but he really had the wrong ideas about dating and didn’t understand everything about it but also was very pushy about it? I don’t fault him bc we were young but I’m not excusing his behavior because it was repeated (he also hit on my bi friend who told him she prefers girls more and he still kept trying to hit on her)
