Y’all. What are your tricks to stay sane during your period and the week leading up? I have severe anger issues during my period and hate everyone. But I have to go into work and smile all day. I wanna end it all. (Not really but really)

Have you gotten checked out for pmdd or pms? Been making sure you eat well/sleep well especially the week before?

Lots more me time set aside, don’t plan heavy social gatherings during that time, raspberry leaf tea the week before and on, proper vitamins and minerals so I don’t get irritated or sick, caffeine and a sweet treat as well as music in the mornings to start off the day with a little joy to try and keep it positive.

I have severe anxiety on my period and this is how I manage it honestly, but I’m not too aggressive, just more irritable and anxious. Maybe it will help you too?

Thank you. I overbooked myself already. My cycle starts next week so I’ll hold off then. Ugh it’s such a disruption. I’m literally not myself for 1.5 weeks
