I need help with losing weight, like what do you all do, I’ve been eating decently healthy, I’m doing some type of exercise everyday, I don’t get it, all I can think of changing is adding a calorie deficit but last time I did that I developed an ED, help
Eating healthy is secondary for weight loss. If you eat a Big Mac extra cheese and double patty a day you could still lose weight as long as it is less than your basal metabolic rate

losing weight is rlly about calories in and calories out i just round calories and don’t get specific and the calories to reach everyday isn’t a specific number just a ballpark
