Sleeping without underwear helps a lot, it’ll train it overtime to discharge less (kind of like switching to a not sulfate shampoo trains your hair to make less oil) also don’t wear too tight clothes during the day (no thongs if you’re wearing them and don’t wear leggings for extended periods) and if it’s really so much it’s uncomfortable to you seriously just talk to your gynecologist
